If you’re looking for the Healing Brush in Photoshop CC 2019, you’re out of luck. The Healing Brush was removed from the default toolset in the latest version of Photoshop. Adobe has not announced plans to reintroduce it, so if you need to use it, you’ll have to find a third-party plugin. ..
