If you’re a PlayStation 4 owner, there’s a good chance that you’re using the console to play your favorite games. But if you’re like most people, you may not have the time or resources to keep your games up-to-date. That’s where PlayStation Now comes in. PlayStation Now is a service that lets you access new games and movies whenever they come out, without having to worry about buying them or waiting for their release dates. You can sign up for a free account today, and start playing new games and movies right away. But what if you want to update your game on PS4? That’s where things get tricky. Sony doesn’t offer any specific instructions on how to do this, so it’s best to consult with your game publisher or developer. But here are some tips on how to update your game on PS4:
- Make sure that your game is up-to-date by checking for updates on the PlayStation website or through the system’s software update tool. If there are any changes or updates available, make sure to install them!
- If updating your game is something that you feel comfortable doing yourself, follow these steps: first, open up the system’s software update tool and click on the “Update now” button. This will take you directly into the Update process. Next, select which version of your game you want to update (3rd party titles may not be updated automatically). Once complete, close out of the software update tool and reboot your console!
- Finally, if updating your game is something that you feel uncomfortable doing yourself but would like help with, reach out to our team at PlayStation Now and we’ll be happy to help!
