There are a few things you need to know before starting to tile an image in Photoshop. First, the image must be in RGB color space. Second, the tiles must be of a specific size and shape. Finally, they must be placed in a specific order. To start, create a new layer on your canvas and name it “Tile 1.” Next, select the Rectangle tool and click on the bottom left corner of the layer to create a rectangle that is about twice the size of your image. Next, use the Pencil tool to draw a line down the center of this rectangle. This will serve as your tile’s border. Next, select the Image Tool and click on one of your images to load it into Photoshop. Once it has loaded, use the Image Size tool to set its width and height to match your rectangle’s dimensions. Now click on OK when prompted for a new image name. Now that you have an image Loaded into Photoshop, you can begin tileting it using the following steps:

  1. Choose an appropriate color for your tile
  2. Set up your tiles in a specific order
  3. Click on “tile” in Photoshop’s palette
