There are a few things you can do to separate text in Photoshop to make it easier to read. The first is to use the Selection tool. With the Selection tool, you can select all of the text in a document and then drag it away from the document. This will remove all of the text from the document and make it easier to read. The second thing you can do is use the Marquee tool. With the Marquee tool, you can select a small area of text and then drag it away from the document. This will create a marquee around all of the text in the document. Finally, you can use CTRL+V to paste all of your text into a new document and then press CTRL+V again to remove everything from the old document.
