If you’re like most people, you probably save artboards as separate files in Photoshop. This is a good way to keep track of the different artboards you’ve created and to easily access them when you need them. However, if you want to use artboards in your own projects, there are a few things you need to know. first, all artboards are created as layers. This means that they can be edited on top of each other, but they can’t be merged or combined. Second, each artboard has a name and a number. The name is the same as the layer’s name (e.g., “Artboard 1”), and the number is the number of the artboard in your project (e.g., “1”). To save an image with an artwork board inside it, use the Save As command on your keyboard or click on the Edit button on the bottom left of Photoshop’s main window and select Save As Artboard from the resulting list.
