There are a few ways to rotate pattern overlay in Photoshop. The first way is to use the Rotate command. To rotate the overlay, click on the desired rotation angle and then press the Rotate button. The second way is to use the Mirror command. To mirror the overlay, click on one of its corners and then press the Mirror button.
