When painting or drawing in Photoshop, you can rotate a canvas by using the Rotate tool. The Rotate tool is located at the bottom of the Tools palette. To use the Rotate tool, first select the canvas you want to rotate. Then click on theRotate button at the bottom of the Tools palette. The Rotate tool will rotate your canvas around its center point. You can also use this tool to move your canvas left and right, up and down, or left and right in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
