If you want to create a raster image in Photoshop, you first need to create a layer. To do this, open Photoshop and click on the Layers icon at the bottom of the screen. Now, click on the New Layer button and choose Raster from the options that appear. Photoshop will create a new layer named “Raster.” To start rasterizing your image, simply select any area of your image that you want to convert into a raster image. For example, if you wanted to convert an entire document into a raster image, you would select all of the areas of your document that you want to include in your final product. Once you have selected your area, simply press Ctrl+J (PC: Cmd+J) to open the “Layer Options” dialog box. In this dialog box, make sure that the “Rasterize” checkbox is selected and then click on OK. Now, Photoshop will begin converting your selected area into a raster image. Depending on how large your selection is, this process may take some time. Once it’s finished, Photoshop will automatically add a new layer named “Raster” below your original document layer and will display your newly created raster image in its window. ..
