There are a few ways to paste text into Photoshop. The easiest way is to use the Paste button on the bottom of the screen. You can also paste text by pressing Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac). If you want to paste text into a layer, you can do this by pressing Ctrl+L (or Cmd+L on Mac).
