Adobe Illustrator is a powerful vector graphic design program that can be used to create paintings, illustrations, and logos. In this article, we will show you how to paint in Illustrator using basic tools and techniques. To start painting in Illustrator, you will need to open the program and create a new document. You can use any size for your painting, but we recommend using a canvas size of at least 1200 pixels wide by 1800 pixels high. Once your document is open, you will need to select the Pen tool from the toolbar and click on the artboard to activate it. Next, you will need to choose a color for your brush tip. To do this, click on the Swatch panel located at the bottom of the window and select a color from the drop-down menu that appears. You can also type in a color code if you want. Next, click on the small black circle located at the bottom-right corner of your artboard to open up the Stroke panel. In this panel, you will see three options: Width (px), Height (px), and Pressure (Px). The Width option controls how thick your stroke will be while the Pressure option controls how hard your brush will be applied when painting with it. The Height option controls how high your stroke will be while the Stroke panel also allows you to add an outline around your stroke if desired. Now that you have selected a color for your brush tip and set up your stroke settings, it’s time to start painting! To begin painting with Illustrator’s default brush tool, simply hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) while clicking on your artboard with your brush tool selected. This will activate Illustrator’s Quick Selection tool which allows you to quickly select areas ofyour artwork that you want to paint with solid colors or strokes of different colors. Once Quick Selection is activated, simply drag across an area ofyour artwork with your mouse cursor and ..
