There are a few ways to make scan lines in Photoshop. One way is to use the “line tool.” To use the line tool, click on the line you want to make a scan line from, and then drag it to the right or left. Another way is to use the “line tool with gradient” feature. To use this feature, click on one of the colors in your gradient, and then drag it to the right or left.
