There are a few ways to make a watermark brush in Photoshop. One way is to use the Brush tool and drag the cursor over the desired area of the image. Then, use the Selection tool to select all of the areas that you want to watermark. Finally, use the Paint Bucket tool to paint over all of the selected areas with your desired color.
