In this tutorial, we will show you how to create a vector image in Adobe Photoshop CS5. Vector images are created using shapes that are defined by points, rather than pixels. This makes them more efficient to work with and can result in a more professional-looking image. To start, open Adobe Photoshop CS5 and create a new document. You can use any size you want, but we recommend creating a document that is at least 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high. Next, click on the New icon ( ) located in the toolbar and select Vector Image from the drop-down menu. Click on the Options button located in the bottom left corner of the window and select the following options: Next, click on the OK button to close the Options window and return to your document. Now, you will need to define your vector image’s boundaries. To do this, click on the Rectangle tool ( ) located in the toolbar and draw a rectangle around your desired image area. Be sure to keep your cursor inside of your rectangle while drawing it; otherwise, Photoshop will not be able to properly calculate your vector image’s boundaries. Once you have finished drawing your rectangle, press Enter ( ) to end your selection process. Now that you have defined your vector image’s boundaries, it is time to start filling it with content. To do this, click on the Ellipse tool ( ) located in the toolbar and draw an ellipse around one of your object’s corners. Be sure to keep your cursor inside of your ellipse while drawing it; otherwise, Photoshop will not be able to properly calculate its boundaries. Once you have finished drawing your ellipse, press Enter ( ) to end your selection process. Next up is adding some color! To do this, click on the Color Picker tool () located in the toolbar and select a color from within Photoshop’s color palette ..
