There are a few steps you can take to make a pie chart in Photoshop. First, create a new layer and name it “Chart”. Next, select the Rectangle tool and draw a rectangle around the entire chart. Make sure that the rectangle is large enough to cover the entire plot area. Finally, use the Polygonal tool to create points inside of the rectangle. These points will be used as data points for your pie chart.
