There are a few steps you can take to make a photo mosaic in Photoshop. The first step is to create a new layer on your canvas. On this layer, name the layer “PhotoMosaic.” Next, select the Brush tool and drag it over the entire image. Be sure to use a light touch so that the brush doesn’t create too much noise. Once you’ve dragged the brush over the image, release it and select another brush from the Brushes palette. This time, drag it over one of the photo’s edges and then release it to create a border around the image. Finally, use the Brush tool to add any other colors or effects you want to include in your mosaic.
