There are a few things you need in order to make a gif in Photoshop CS4. The first is the GIF file itself. You can find it under File > Open and then select it. The second thing you need is the GIF editor. You can find it under Edit > Preferences and then select the Graphics tab. There, you will need to set the dimensions of your gif and choose how many frames per second you want it to run on. Finally, you will need to add some text to your gif. You can find this under Text > Add Text and then enter a name for your gif, such as “GIF_1”. Once everything is set up, click on OK and Photoshop will start creating yourgif!
