There are a few things you need to know before starting to make a flag in Photoshop. First, the flag must be made from a single layer. Second, the flag must be set up as a rectangle. Finally, the flag’s color must be set to white. To begin, create a new layer and name it “flag”. Next, select the Rectangle tool and click on the center of your flag’s rectangle. Then, drag the left and right edges of your rectangle towards each other so that they form an X.
