There are a few ways to make a circle artboard in Illustrator. The first way is to use the Command+L shortcut to create a new layer and then use the Line tool to draw a line around the outside of the circle. The second way is to use the Command+S shortcut to select all of the circles on your artboard and then use the Selection tool to drag them into an existing circle shape. Finally, you can use the Ellipse tool to make a small circle out of each of the selected circles.
