If you’re like most people, you take pictures with your phone and then upload them to your computer to edit. And if you’re like most people, your pictures are blurry. Here’s how to fix them in Photoshop:

  1. Open the picture in Photoshop and select all of it by pressing Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on a Mac).
  2. Go to Image > Adjustments > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Enter a value of 2 or 3 pixels and click OK.
  3. Go to Image > Adjustments > Levels and adjust the black and white points until the picture looks sharp again. Be sure not to overdo it – you just want to make the details clear. ..
