If you’re looking to delete tracked food from the Weight Watchers app, there are a few different ways to go about it. The first option is to open the Weight Watchers app and click on the “My Account” button in the top left corner. From here, you can select “Food & Activity” and then “Tracked Food.” To delete all of your tracked food at once, simply click on the “X” next to any item. If you only want to delete a specific type of food, such as carbs or protein, you can do so by selecting it from the list that appears.
