If you’re like many people, you use your computer for work, entertainment, and other activities. But how much time are you spending on each of those tasks? Screen time history can help you figure that out. Screen time history is a feature in Windows 10 that records how much time you spend on each app or window. You can see which apps are using the most CPU or memory, and make changes to your usage to improve your productivity. To delete screen time history on Windows 10:

  1. Open the Start menu and search for “screen.” When the Screen app appears, click it.
  2. Under “History,” click the “Screen Time” button. (If it’s not visible, right-click on an empty area of the screen and select “Show Screen Time.”)
  3. Under “History Type,” select “All Sessions.” (If it’s not visible, right-click on an empty area of the screen and select “Show All Sessions.”)
  4. Under “Date Range,” select a date range from the calendar that appears. (If it’s not visible, right-click on an empty area of the screen and select “Show Date Range.”) 5. Click the blue arrow next to a session to open its details window. (If it’s not visible, right-click on an empty area of the screen and select “Show Details.”) 6. On the toolbar at the top of this window, click Delete Session to delete that session from your history list. ..
