If you’re like most people, you probably save your game data on PlayStation 4 in the form of files called “PS4 saves.” This is where you store all of your progress, achievements, and other important data for when you next play the game. To delete these files, simply open the PlayStation 4’s “Settings” menu and select “Delete saved data.” Once the file is deleted, your progress will be restored.
