If you’re like most people, you probably have a few routines set up on your Amazon Echo device. Maybe you say “Alexa, turn on the lights” every time you get home, or “Alexa, play my favorite song” when you’re feeling down. But sometimes it’s nice to get rid of those old habits and try something new. Here are four ways to delete your Alexa routines:
- Open the Alexa app on your phone or computer and click on the menu button (three lines in a row). From there, select “Routines.”
- On the Routines page, select the routine you want to delete and click on the “Delete” button next to it.
- If the routine has any associated devices (like lights or music), they will be disabled after deletion. You’ll need to re-enable them if you want them back in your life!
- If the routine was created using an Echo device, it will be deleted from that device only and will not be available on other Echo devices in your household. ..
