If you have Verizon service, you can delete the ringback tone on your phone by going to the settings of your phone and selecting “notifications and sounds.” Once you’ve selected this option, you’ll need to enter the code that is provided. After you’ve entered the code, your phone will stop ringing and will be able to send calls without having to worry about having a ringback tone.
