If you have an Apple Watch 6, there are a few ways to delete recent calls.

  1. Open the Watch app and tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will show a list of all your recent calls.
  2. Scroll down and tap on the call number that you want to delete. This will take you to a screen where you can select whether or not to delete the call.
  3. Tap on Delete and then confirm by tapping on OK.
