If you’re like most people, you probably have a phone and some records of what happened during your conversations. T-Mobile offers a way to delete these records, but it’s not as easy as it seems. To delete phone records from T-Mobile, you first need to create a new account and set up your phone. After your account is set up, you can find the “Delete Records” option in the Accounts section of your settings. Once you’ve chosen this option, you’ll need to provide some information about why you want to delete the records. For example, if you just bought a new phone and want to erase all the old calls and texts from your old account, this is the option for you. Once you’ve provided all of the information needed, T-Mobile will start deleting the records. It may take a few minutes or even a few hours depending on how many records are being deleted at once. Once all of the records have been deleted, your old account will be reactivated and everything will be back as it was before.
