If you are a descendant of someone on Ancestry.com, you can delete messages from that person’s account by going to the “Deleting Messages” page and clicking on the “Delete” button. If you are not a descendant of someone on Ancestry.com, you can also delete messages by going to the “My Account” page and clicking on the “Delete Messages” button.
