If you’re a professional Autocad user, then you know that deleting layers is a common practice. It’s one of the ways that you can clean up your drawing and make it easier to work with. But what if you don’t want to delete all the layers? What if you only want to delete one or two? In that case, there’s a way to do it without deleting all the layers. You can use the Delete Layer command. To use the Delete Layer command, first open Autocad and click on the File tab. Then click on the Edit button. On the Edit button, click on the Layers tab. On the Layers tab, click on the Add button. Then select a layer name from the list of layer names that appears in front of you. The layer name will be displayed in parentheses next to the Delete Layer command icon. Click on OK to add the layer to your drawing.
