If you have Duo account and want to delete it, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Duo and click on the “delete account” button.
  2. Type in the email address of the person you want to delete the account from and click on the “delete” button.
  3. Your Duo account will be deleted and you will not be able to use it anymore.
