There are a few ways to delete an unallocated partition on a computer. The easiest way is to use the Windows operating system’s “Disk Management” tool. To use the Disk Management tool, you need to be logged on as a user with administrator privileges.
- Open the “Disk Management” tool by clicking on the “Start” button and then clicking on the “All Programs” icon.
- In the “All Programs” window, click on the “Disk Management” tool icon.
- In the “Disk Management” tool window, click on the “Delete Partition.”
- Type in a path to where you want to delete the partition and click on the “Delete.”
