If you are the administrator of an account that is not associated with a specific user, you can delete the user profiles for any account by using theDeleteAccount command. This command deletes all user profiles for the account, including those for any other users who may have been associated with that account. To delete an account’s user profiles:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the Accounts area of your My Account page, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen and select Delete Account.
  3. Enter your password when prompted and click on Delete Account.
