If you’re like most people, you probably have a bedtime routine that you stick to. But if you’re on iOS 10, there’s a new way to delete a bedtime on your device - through the sleep app. To do this, open the sleep app and select “Delete Bedtime.” This will take you to a screen where you can choose how long you want your bedtime to last. You can either set it for 7pm or 10pm, and then hit “delete.” If you choose 7pm, your bedtime will last until 7am the next morning. If you choose 10pm, your bedtime will last until 10am the next morning. If all of this sounds like too much work, don’t worry - there are other ways to delete a bedtime on iOS 10 without having to use the sleep app. For example, if all you want is to delete it after one night of sleep, try deleting it after two nights of sleep or after three nights of sleep.
