There are a few steps you can take to create arrows in Photoshop. The first step is to select the arrow tool and click on the arrowhead icon at the bottom of the palette. Next, drag the arrow cursor over the desired part of your image and release. You will see a green line appear between the cursor and the image, indicating where the arrow will be placed. To make sure that your arrow is placed correctly, hold down your mouse button and move your mouse over the arrowhead icon again.
