If you’re like most people, your TV is probably the center of your home entertainment universe. But if you’ve got a PlayStation 4, that might not be the case. In fact, unless you’ve got a really old TV or one that doesn’t have an HDMI port, chances are your PS4 isn’t going to work with your TV. That’s where this guide comes in. We’re going to show you how to connect your PS4 to your TV using an HDMI cable so that you can enjoy all of the awesome games and movies that come with it. First things first: make sure that both your PS4 and your TV have HDMI ports. If they don’t, then you’ll need to buy a new cable or adapter. Once you’ve verified that both devices have HDMI ports, it’s time to get started. First, connect one end of the HDMI cable to the PS4 and the other end to the TV. Make sure that the “HDMI” logo on both devices is facing outwards so that it can receive signals from each other properly. Now it’s time for some gaming! Turn on your PS4 and start up a game or movie. Once it’s started up, press down on the “SHARE” button on the front of your console and select “TV.” You’ll now see all of your media content on the big screen! ..
