If you’re like most gamers, your original PlayStation 4 is probably a little dusty and needs a good cleaning. Here are four easy steps to help you get the job done.
- Remove any loose objects from around the console. This includes cables, power cords, and any other small pieces of hardware that may be blocking airflow.
- Open up the console and remove all of the internal components. This includes the motherboard, hard drive, and any other removable parts.
- Wipe down all of the surfaces with a clean cloth or vacuum cleaner using a low-pile setting. Make sure to clean behind all of the ports and around all of the screws on the console’s exterior.
- Reinstall all of the internal components and reattach any cables before closing up the console back up in its original location. Now your PlayStation 4 is ready for use! ..
