If your refrigerator coils are dirty, you can clean them easily with a few simple steps. All you need is some warm water, a cloth or paper towel, and some soap.
- Open the refrigerator and remove the coils.
- Wet the cloth or paper towel in the warm water and wring it out so that it’s damp but not dripping.
- Soak one end of the cloth or paper towel in the soap solution and rub it all over the coils. Be sure to get into all of the nooks and crannies.
- Replace the coils in the refrigerator and close the door firmly to hold in the heat. Let it sit for about an hour, then check to see if any dirt has been removed from around the coils. If not, repeat steps 2-4 until all of the dirt is gone ..
