There are many ways to clean plaster. One way is to use a plunger. Put the plunger over the top of the plaster and push and pull until the plaster comes off. Another way is to use a vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment. Put the vacuum cleaner over the top of the plaster and turn it on. The suction will pull the plaster off.
