If you own a Keurig coffee maker, you’re likely familiar with the cleaning process of the needles. The Keurig needles are designed to be easily cleaned by hand, but they can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Remove the filters from the coffee maker.
  2. Fill a sink with water and set aside.
  3. Pour enough water into the sink to cover the bottom of the Keurig coffee maker.
  4. Place the Keurig coffee maker in front of a stream of cold water so that all of its parts are submerged (this will help remove any built-up dirt and debris).
  5. Carefully place one or two needles into the water and let them soak for about 10 minutes (or until they start to turn pink).
  6. Once all of the needles have been soaked, use a plunger to push them out of the water and place them on a paper towel or other dry surface.
