There are a few things you can do to clean fish tank gravel without using a gravel cleaner. First, make sure that all of the gravel is removed from the tank. Second, use a soft cloth or paper towel to clean the gravel. Finally, use a water hose to rinse the gravel and water off of the cloth or paper towel.
