If your Weedeater carburetor is clogged, it can be a real pain to clean. Here’s how to do it:
- Remove the carburetor from the machine.
- Pour a pot of hot water into the machine and turn it on to full heat.
- Add a liberal amount of carburetor cleaner and stir until the cleaner is fully dissolved.
- Place the carburetor back into the machine and turn it off.
- Remove the air filter and pour a pot of hot water into the machine, filling it halfway up with water.
- Put the air filter in and let it soak for 10 minutes while you work on cleaning other parts of the machine.
- Drain all of the water from the machine, then place it back on its stand and remove all of the parts that you cleaned in step 5-6 (the float bowl, throttle body, air filter). ..
