If you’re ever going to have to clean a throttle body, it’s a good idea to do it in stages. First, take off the cover on the throttle body. Then, use a vacuum cleaner and bucket to remove any dirt or debris that may be on the throttle body. Finally, use a hairdryer to dry the throttle body completely.
