If you’re ever going to clean a Shark Rocket vacuum filter, it’s a good idea to do it in stages. First, take off the top of the filter. Then remove all of the dirt and debris that has built up inside. Finally, use a plunger to push all of the water out of the filter and replace it with fresh air.
