There are a few things you can do to clean a pool liner. First, remove any dirt, dust, or other debris that may have built up on the liner. Next, use a plunger to suction onto the top of the liner and pull until all of the water has been drained out. Finally, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the entire liner.
