If you’re like most PS4 owners, you probably check your console’s balance at least once a week. But what do you do if your balance is low? Here are four ways to check your PS4’s balance and get back on track:
- Sign in to your account. If you don’t have an account, sign up for one at playstation.com/accounts. This will give you access to your account information, including your balance.
- Check the “My Account” tab on the main menu of the PS4 system. Here, you’ll see a list of all of the games and apps that are currently installed on your system. The “Balance” column will show how much money is currently in your wallet for those items.
- Go to the PlayStation Store and search for the game or app that you want to buy or download. When it comes up as a selection, press X button to open its “Purchase” screen. On this screen, look for the “Price” column and press triangle button to change it to read “$0.” This means that you don’t have to pay anything right now - just wait until later when the purchase goes through and your PS4 will automatically add $0 onto your account’s balance!
- If none of these methods work, try calling customer service at 1-800-345-7669 (U.S.) or 03-5379-9999 (Japan). They’ll be able help troubleshoot whatever problem is causing low balance on your PS4 system ..
