If you’re a PlayStation 4 user and have an account with Sony Interactive Entertainment, then you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, go to your account settings and select “Cancel my subscription.” Once you’ve canceled your subscription, your PS4 will be without service for the remainder of the current month.
