Photoshop Elements has a built-in feature called “blur.” This feature can be used to make your images more blurred or softened. To use blur, you first need to create a new layer on your canvas. Then, select the “blur” tool from the Tools palette and click on the image you want to blur. The blur tool will start to blur the image, and will continue to do so until it’s completely blurred. You can also use the “radius” parameter to control how much of the image is blurred.
