If you’re looking to access your external hard drive on your PlayStation 4, there are a few different ways to do so. The first is to use the Media Player app. Open the app and select “File” from the main menu. Select “Add File…” and navigate to your external hard drive. Select it and press “Open.” You’ll now be able to browse and play any files on the drive. The second way is to use the PS4’s built-in file manager. Open the system menu (by pressing the button on the controller that looks like a square with a triangle inside of it) and select “File Manager.” Navigate to your external hard drive and select it. Press “Copy” or “Paste” to copy or paste files onto your internal storage, respectively. The third way is to use Sony’s online storage service, PlayStation Plus. Sign in using your PSN account information and select “Upload Content.” Select any files you want to upload and press “Upload.” You’ll now have access to those files online, whether you’re connected to the internet or not. ..
